Treat this course as a gift for yourself. A gift to intentionally retreat and allow yourself to get clear on the experiences you desire in your life. Be it work, relationships, business, and so on.

Living intentionally helps you focus your energy, talents, and time on creating your aspirations.

However, sometimes we are held back by protective energies. We will identify these and melt them away. We will also explore the connection between time and intention and the power of daily habits in living intentionally.
